Booking conditions
Payment Policies
An account of 25% is required upon booking.
The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 15 days prior to arrival, unless other agreements.
Cancellation Policies
- Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund
- Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund
Deposit
The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the villa or its content during the stay.
A deposit of 300€ (by cash or credit card)to cover damages is required at check in, and will be released after check out, where no damage is found.
