Payment Policies
The credit card number is requested for guarantee purposes only. Payment will be made through a link that will be sent to you via WhatsApp message at least three days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policies
- For reservations canceled up to 15 days before the start of the stay, the renter receives a refund of 80% of the payment;
- For no-shows the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Deposit
The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the villa or its content during the stay.
A deposit of 300€ (by cash or credit card)to cover damages is required at check in, and will be released after check out, where no damage is found.
